Admission Time Requirement

Documents required for Visa (Courier)

1. All documents must be original, notarized, and apostilled.

2. PCC (Police Clearance certificate from Passport Office) in English with a proper stamp and sign. Please make sure that the stamping should be in English.

3. Medical report (Original) for the student for the test. Fitness certificate with Full name written as well.

   · HIV

   · Hepatitis B

   · Chest X-ray

   · Covid Report

   *Please note that on every page of the medical report, there should be the signature of the doctor with proper stamping on every page, along with the Passport number.

4. Last Six month Bank statement and balance certificate showing minimum 4 lakh either in the student’s bank account or in the student’s parent’s bank account.

5. Two Passport size photograph original with white background.

Process Flow (Step-by-step)

1. Apply online to a recognized Mauritian university or college.

2. Receive an offer/admission letter.

3. Document Preparation: (Sent to the institution by courier)

   Collect required documents Apostle :

   Valid passport

   Admission letter

   Financial proof - Lakhs

   Medical certificate (including HIV test & chest X-ray)

   Police clearance certificate

   Passport-sized photos

4. University or College Submission

5. The university or College submits your application to the Passport & Immigration Office in Mauritius.

6. Immigration Office reviews and approves the application.

7. Visa Approval

8. Student receives a visa authorization letter. Fee to be paid by the student to University or College after the visa is approved.

9. Travel to Mauritius with the authorization letter and other documents.

10. Immigration issues a student visa stamp upon arrival.

11. Post-Arrival Formalities

    • Register with the local police station.

    • Complete residence permit formalities with university or college assistance.

    • Visa remains valid for the course duration.

    • Medical Test by the Government.
