Process Flow

Step 1: Apply for Offer Letter (University / College)

Step 2: Offer Letter Received (Conditional)

Step 3: Appear Interview and Get Unconditional offer letter

Step 4: Accept Offer & Pay Tuition Fee Deposit

(Amount depends on university; usually adjustable in total fees)

Step 4: Submit Financial, Medical and fees receipt

Step 5: College Issues CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) and apply online application VFS through website https://www.gov.uk/.

Step 6: Pay Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)

(Approx. £776 per year)

Step 7: Pay UK Visa Application Fees

(Approx. £490 – subject to UKVI updates)

Step 8: Book VFS Appointment for Biometrics

Step 9: Biometric & File Submission at VFS Centre

Step 10: Interview / Credibility Interview (If Required – Online)

Step 11: Visa Decision

(Usually within 3–4 weeks after biometrics)

Step 12: Receive Passport with Visa & Travel to UK
